The artificial intelligence built in is an excellent tool, but it remains an assistant. You must validate and adjust the content generated.
Automatic generation of the meta title and meta description
When you create a new page or article, AI can fill for you:
- The meta title, which is the title displayed in search results and in the browser tab. This is the first element that web users notice.
- The meta description, which is the short text displayed below the title in search engines. It gives an overview of the content of the page or article and encourages clicks.
How to activate automatic generation in these two fields?
To allow AI to fill in these fields for you, follow these steps:
- Enter a relevant page or article title, as this will serve as the basis for the analysis.
- Do not complete the meta title and meta description fields.
- Add content to the page or article. The AI will use this to generate consistent suggestions.
- Save the content and you will be able to see which fields have been completed.
⚠️ The meta title appears in the browser tab and as the clickable title in search engines, while the meta description shows as a summary under the title in search results. It is very important to check both for SEO purposes.
Automatic translation of content
AI can also automatically translate all content into the language defined for a website. This feature is particularly useful for multilingual sites.
How to translate content using AI?
Steps to follow to launch automatic translation:
- Click on the "Translate" button in your content interface.
- Then select "Translate using openai-gpt-41" for the language you want.
- Please wait while this is processed. It may take a few minutes to load.
- Once the translation is complete, click on "Edit" to open the translated version.
- You can edit the content if necessary.
⚠️ Even if the translation seems correct, you must save this version once so that it is saved correctly.
Using AI in the CK Editor text field
AI can also be used directly in the text field by using the functions integrated into the CK Editor, the Text component of the Content component.
Available features
Actions you can perform with AI on the CK Editor :
- Reformat HTML: Cleanly reorganises the HTML structure of the selected text.
- Fix spelling: Automatically corrects spelling mistakes.
- Summarize: Generates a summary of the selected text.
- Summarize document: Creates a global summary of a complete document.
How do I use these features?
- Select the section of text to be edited in the editor.
- Click on AI Assistant.
- Choose Reformat HTML, Fix spelling or Summarize depending on the action you want.
- To generate the AI text, click on Reformat HTML, Fix spelling or Summarize.
- To summarize a document, select Summarize document then enter the name of the document and click on Summarize document.
- Once the result has been generated, if you are satisfied with the result, click on "Save changes to editor" to save it in the text field.
